Green energy - 57 Million Euro for "PRAMAC Luce Micromorph"

Pramac S.p.A. has concluded an important framework agreement for the sale of photovoltaic panels, with the GreenenergyCapital Group, an investment company specialised in the realisation of investments in the renewable energy and energy savings sector.

Under the two-year agreement (2009-2010), Pramac Swiss, a company entirely controlled by the group parent company Pramac SpA., will provide Ergyca Power, a company entirely controlled by Greenenergy-Capital, "Pramac Luce Micromorph" photovoltaic modules for a countervalue of 57 million Euro. The agreement concluded by the GreenergyCapital Group is a part of the company’s programme for expansion in the photovoltaic sector; indeed, the purchase of the panels follows the recent incorporation of four conveyance companies, created with the aim of identifying and developing initiatives in the photovoltaic energy generation industry.

For the Pramac Group, this new and important job order adds to the one announced during the second week in April, to supply Endesa crystalline-technology photovoltaic modules, for a total value of 15.5 million Euro.
