He graduated in Business Administration in 1993 at the Università degli Studi di Firenze and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration. Entrepreneur, he is the Managing Director of the Issuer since its incorporation and is also Honorary Consul of Romania in Tuscany.


Roberto Assistenti

Employed at L'Europea since 1986, where he always performed commercial duties. Today he covers the position of Head of Managing Director's Staff.


Marcello Terenzani
Controller

He gained his experience by carrying out administrative duties at ITLA S.p.A., up to 1984. From 1985 he is controller at l'Europea. He currently covers the role of Head of the Group's Controller for the Issuer.


Nicola Pagliai
Chief Financial Director

He graduated from in Business Administration at the Università degli Studi di Firenze and currently has the role of Group's Chief Financial Officer. He started his carrier in Pramac as chief financial officer of the Parent Company in 1994. He gained several experiences abroad in Pramac's subsidiaries in Wales as deputy general manager in 1999 and in the United States as Chief Executive Officer in 2000. In 2001 he became head of the Finance division for the entire Group, while since 2006 he carries out the current role of Group's Chief Financial Officer. He is registered in the national Register of Auditors and is qualified to practice as Professional Accountant.


Luigi Gozzi
Pramac Lab Executive

He gained his experience as assistant of the Plant Director, at David Gres S.p.A. from 1989 to 1990. He worked as designer for L'Europea from 1990 to 1995. He worked as Technical Manager for Pramac Industriale S.p.A. from 1995 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006 he covers the role of Head of Research and Development and in 2007 he starts the experience of Pramac LAB that supports the Company with innovation, research and development activities.


Ignacio Gonzalez Garcia de Quevedo
Managing Director, Generators Business Unit

He graduated from Naval Engineering at the University of Madrid, Spain, in 1998. He gained his professional experience at the Deutz Iberia S.A., company of the DEUTZ AG Group, where he initially had the role of Export Manager and was Head of the Compact Engines Division from 2004 up to October 2006, when he joined the Pramac Group. He currently covers the role of Power and Handling Business Managing Director and Marketing & Sales Executive Power & Handling Business.


Cristian Cavazzuti
Managing Director, Solar Business Unit

He graduated in Economics from the Università degli Studi di Modena and obtained the Certificate of Business from the University of California in Berkley. After some professional experience in the USA, as Trade Analyst Assistant at Ice and with an Investment Banking internship at Bear – Stearn & Co, from 1999 to 2002 he was Senior Consultant in strategic area and direction for Deloitte Consulting. In 2002 he started with the Group as Sales & Marketing Director of the Power Systems division of Pramac-Lifter S.p.A. He has since covered the roles of General Manager for Pramac-Lifter France S.A. and Marketing and Communication Director for Goldoni Trattori S.p.A. from 2004 to 2007. Today, with Pramac S.p.A he is Managing Director of the ECOPOWER business division and General Manager of Pramac Swiss.


Federico Piersimoni
Managing Director, Handling Systems Business Unit

He graduated from Electronic Engineering at the University of Genova in 1992 and he started his career in the electrotechnical field with Targetti Sankey Spa in Florence, where he worked in various roles over the 5 years there, from technical-production area to sales. In 1999 he moved to General Electric, multinational company diversified in various fields. He worked with GE Lighting for 4 years in Business Development, Marketing&Sales roles and in the GE Water division as European Sales&Marketing Manager in the Power Generation field.
From 2006 to 2008 he worked as General Manager in an electrotechnical company operating  in the marine field and actually he is in Pramac, covering the role of Managing Director of the Handling Systems division.


Pascal Verriere
Country Managing Director, Western Europe, Africa & Middle East

He graduated from Industrial Commerce at the University of Aix en Provece, France. He gained his experience in several companies: Atemi-Lyon up to 1989, Groupe Trouillet, where he covered numerous functions, including that of head of marketing & sales and head of the division, up to 1999. He then covered the role of secretary general of a Group of Renault VI dealers, up to 2001, and of manager for the Scania Group up to 2002. He works for the Pramac Group since 2003, first as managing director of Pramac France and then, since 2005, also as West Europe General Manager. Actually ho covers the role of Country Managing Director, EMEA-Asia.


Kenny Ng
Country Managing Director, Far East & China

He is a trained Electrical Engineer and has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Singapore Institute of Management. Prior to joining the Pramac group, he was the Local Business Unit Manager with ABB Singapore for the last 7 years and was responsible for Low Voltage Products in the Asia Pacific Region. He has vast experience in the Sales & Marketing, Business Development and M&A in his previous career distributing Fuji Electric range of Distribution & Control Products. Actually ho covers the role of Country Managing Director, Far East & China.


Jorge Javier Verdù Ferrer
Country Managing Director, Eastern Europe & Iberia

He attained the degree in Economical Sciences at the University of Alicante (Spain). He gained his experience as manager for Deloitte & Touche in the offices of Alicante and Murcia (Spain), where he achieved the rank of partner. He works for the Pramac Group since 2003. He has the role of Managing Director of Pramac Iberica and of Country Managing Director, Spain-Russia.


Ricardo Navarro Ropero
Country Managing Director, Americas

He graduated in Industrial Engineering at the University of Murcia, Spain, in 1997. He gained his experience as manager in the companies G.M.I. (Spain), GMIwater (Spain), Telechoice (Spain), Granford (Spain), Alan Dick & Co. Ltd. (England). He works for the Issuer since the acquisition of G.M.I. and he has carried out, within the Group, the role of Export Manager and of Deputy Sales Manager (2002-2003), and of Power Engineering Division Sales Executive (2003-2004). Head of Marketing & Sales of the Group in the period 2004-2006, he currently covers the role of Country Manager for all subsidiaries in the American continent.
