Sport is a passion which we will never abandon! Our's started several years ago and has grown into a constant commitment that the entire group is aware of.
This is the strong link for which PRAMAC decided to be part of the MotoGP World Championship and the football universe. The passion that has always distinguished the company founded in 1966 at Casole d'Elsa, becoming a multi-national leader in the energy and handling sectors, thanks to innovative and dynamic ideas, including the choice to link its trademark to prestigious and important companies such as Ducati and the Palermo Football Club.
The greatest challenge started with the MotoGP, in the far away year 2000, becoming the owner of a motorcycle racing team. Tetsuya Harada, Makoto Tamada, the pirate Max Biaggi and the rider with the highest number of races in the MotoGP, the Brasilian Alex Barros, these are some of the most important names which contributed to bring glory to the company. All great riders which have been protagonists in the history of the most important and famous World Championships on two wheels. This year the Team "branded" Pramac will have in its team the French-Spanish duo named Sylvain Guintoli and Toni Elias, on board the Ducati Desmosedici GP8 Sat.
During the Italian football season 2007/2008 it has been possible to appreciate the brand of the Tuscan multi-national on the official Palermo football wear, one of the most important teams in the "Serie A" Championship. The group decided to link its brand to the city of Palermo when the new Solar division was created, as renewable energy clearly evokes the power and vitality that distinguishes the Sicilian capital, where the sun is always shining and the passion of the people never lacks.
In fact the spirit of the group can be measured against scenarios which are always new, animated by motivations and real pushes, which look both to group philosophy and to sustain its business with conviction and strong will, because "it is always a new enthralling challenge, rich in dreams and passion".
Paolo Campinoti, Pramac's Managing Director, is the inventor of many initiatives dedicated to the world of sport: "Our first step towards the sporting world was taken timidly in the year 2000, to face the MotoGP World Championships with an attitude completely extraneous to what we would find out there. We then found an enthusiastic charged-up world, 100% coherent with the philosophy of our company. We grew-up and we obtained our first sporting results, also thanks to the great names that raced for us."
PRAMAC is synonymous with challenge, competition, willing to risk with the objective to be become better and better again, always.
