    The Role

    • Assess market requirements and define correct commercial go to market strategy.
    • Establish sales distribution network in US and Canada.
    • Work in synergy with GENERAC commercial team to maximise commercial synergy opportunities.
    • Define correct sales and pricing strategy to maximise business profitability and value for customers. Establish after sales service network.
    • Drive growth of the business by providing clear indications to hq on market needs in terms of products and support.
    • Build a long term growth plan of the US activity to support and sustain customers requirements.
