With the effect from 1 July 2012, Pramac S.p.A. in Liquidation has signed a deal with PR Industrial S.R.L. for the rent of the Company's business unit "Power". The agreement also allows PR Industrial S.R.L. to usufruct of Pramac S.p.A.'s several shareholdings in its subsidiaries engaged in the fields of production and commercialization of systems for the generation of electric energy. The deal also includes an agreement for the rent of Pramac S.p.A.'s subsidiary Lifter S.R.L.in Liquidation.
