Paolo Campinoti

In 1993 he achieve a master degree in Economics at the University of Florence, than he holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration in the United States. Entrepreneur is Pramac Group CEO since 1995 and the Honorary Consul of Romania in Tuscany since 2005.

 

Niccolò Borracchini
Corporate General Manager


He obtained two degrees, booth at the University of Siena: one in Business and Economics and one in Management. Through an international exchange program, he studied also a year at the W.H.U. Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz, Germany. In 2009 he joined the private equity company MPVenture Sgr Spa where he held the role of Analyst and Investment Manager. He was also appointed Director of some portfolio companies. In 2013 he joined the private equity company Emisys Capital Sgr Spa as Investment Manager. In PRAMAC Group, since 2015, he holds the position of Corporate General Manager.

 


Pascal Verriere
Group General Manager & Corporate Affairs


After a master degree in Industrial Commerce at the University of Aix in Provence, France he join the Trouillet Group in 1989. There he held multiple functions such as Sales Manager and, until 1999, division Director. Subsequently he served until 2001 as General Secretary of a group of dealers of Renault Truck and Director at Scania group until 2002. Since 2003 he joined Pramac Group, first as General Manager of Pramac France and later as Director of EMEA Region. He currently holds the position of Group General Manager & Corporate Affairs.

 


Federico Piersimoni
Group Sales Director


After a master degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Genoa in 1992, he began his career with the Targetti Sankey SpA in 1994 as Head of Technical Sales. In 1999, he joined General Electric, where until 2003 he worked at GE Lighting division in the areas of Sales & Marketing before moving to GE Water Division as Head of Sales & Marketing EMEA Region of the Power Generation industry. From 2006 to 2008 he was the General Manager of an electrical engineering company operating in the marine industry. He joined the Pramac Group in 2008 as Chief Executive Officer of Lifter Srl (Business Systems Handling) and Director of Business Generators. He subsequently become Group sales director.

 


Andres Granados Cabrera
Region Managing Director


He graduated in Engineering at the University of Granada (Spain) in 2000 and sustained an Executive MBA at the ENAE Business School of Murcia (Spain) in 2006. He started his career in Deloitte where he worked in Consultancy and Auditing fields from 2001 to 2003. In 2003 he joined Pramac Iberica SAU, where he gained his experience as Controller, from 2007 to 2010 becoming Operations Manager. Currently he combines the role of General Manager in Pramac Iberica SAU and, of Regional Managing Director in charge of the business in the Spanish, Portuguese, PALOP and LATAM markets.

 

 

Nicola Pagliai
Director Finance


After a master degree in Economics at the University of Florence he was admitted to the National Auditor. He began his career in Pramac in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer of the Head Quarters. He had made abroad experience in the Pramac Group in Wales as Deputy General Manager in 1999, and in the United States in the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2000. In the 2001 he becomes responsible for the Finance function of the entire group. Since 2006 he holds the current position of Group Director of Finance.

 

 

Marcello Terenzani
Group Controlling Director


After the studies, he began his professional career performing administrative tasks at ITLA SpA until the 1984. He then switch to the Management Control becoming the Controller of Europea since 1985. In Pramac he currently holds the position of Group Controlling Director, a role in which he is engaged in follow directly the various companies of the group in the leadership of the management control at a corporate level.
