The Pramac Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland, one of the most popular events on the calendar of the World Championship,  will start tomorrow at the Sachsenring Circuit, the only track to have hosted more than 200,000 spectators in four of the last five MotoGP™ seasons. The Pramac Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland will be broadcast worldwide thanks to the MotoGP™ tv networks: Bein Sport will broadcast in USA and Canada, South America will be covered by Espn, in South Africa the coverage will be guaranteed by SuperSport while in Australia and Asia the GP will be live on Fox Sports. In addition, the big European networks: Movistar in Spain, Bt Sport in the UK, Eurosport in the Netherlands, France and Germany and Sky Sport MotoGP in Italy with TV8 (free-to-air channel hosted by Sky’s platform) that will also offer the race on Sunday at 21.00. After sponsoring the Grand Prix in China in 2008 and the Australian GP in 2015, the company from Casole d'Elsa (Siena) - world-leading in the production and supply of power generation systems and material handling equipment  - once again links its name to MotoGP™ and becomes title sponsor of one of the most fascinating rounds of the 2018 season. This is also an opportunity to celebrate 25 years of activity of Pramac’s German branch, which is based in Stuttgart.

On Saturday at 17.00, the commercial area of the Pramac Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland will stage the presentation of Pramac’s new Gas Home Standby series, with the welcome presence of Alma Pramac Racing riders Danilo Petrucci and Jack Miller, who will meet dealers and fans. A weekend in the name of energy for Pramac, in close contact with the Alma Pramac Racing team that will line up on the starting grid of the GermanGP with the Ducati Desmosedici GP.

Paolo Campinoti (Pramac CEO, Alma Pramac Racing Team Principal)
"We are proud to link once again the name of Pramac to MotoGP™. We do this with great passion in every Grand Prix of the season thanks to the work and results of our Alma Pramac Racing team and it is therefore a source of satisfaction, as well as a great privilege, to be the title sponsor of the next Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland. Germany represents a very important market for Pramac also thanks to the deep-rooted presence fed by our Stuttgart branch, which is celebrating its 25th year of activity. It will be a weekend of meetings and work for Pramac with the hope that it can also be a further incentive for Danilo Petrucci, Jack Miller and for the whole team".

Pau Serracanta (Managing Director Dorna Sports)
“We’re delighted that Pramac are coming on board as title sponsor of the German GP. With their incredible history and commitment to racing added to their commercial expertise and excellence, it makes perfect sense for Pramac and MotoGP to further their commitment and the Pramac name to take top billing at the Sachsenring.”
