Power solutions for power plant revamping in Italy
PROJECT
ENEL, Italian energy utility, is running several power plants in the Aeolian Islands (Sicily) independent to the grid. PRAMAC has been awarded for the revamping of these power plants including old gensets dismantling and new gensets installation. The full project lifetime has been of almost 2 years and it involved 6 sub-power plants (placed in 5 different islands) which supply power locally (electricity in the island comes only from the genset’s power plants).
